Refund Policy

Products will not be refunded. If a print is damaged due to shipping, contact me and I will replace the pieces that have been damaged and ship them to you free of charge. All Prints are shipped with insurance and Tracking. Prints that are damaged in shipping must be reported to me within 5 Days of the date the tracking shows the product was successfully Delivered by USPS. The buyer will alert me within those 5 days via message on the website. If a part is broken by accident by the buyer, sometimes the broken part can be reprinted and shipped at the buyer's expense including a labor charge. The labor charge will be based on the size and number of pieces that need to be replaced. Purchase of any time is the buyers consent to agreeing to these terms.
